Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what a form asks for: your name, e-mail, mobile number and city, and the trip, flight or visa you are asking about. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why

To answer your request, prepare your quotation, book your trip and assist with your visa. Your details become a client record at the agency so that every consultant who helps you sees the same history.

Who sees it

Our consultants and, once you book, the airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers and embassies your trip needs, and only what each of them needs. We never sell or rent your details.

Passports and visa documents

Documents you give us for a visa are kept only for that application and the trip it is for. They are shared with the embassy or its accredited agency and with no one else.

How long we keep it

A request that does not become a booking is kept for one year and then deleted. Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax and travel regulations require.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, and complain to the National Privacy Commission.

On this device

If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser remembers it under the name atlas-theme. The home page remembers for the visit that it already showed its opening animation, under atlas-seen. Nothing else is stored.
