Requests are not bookings

A trip, flight or visa request sent here asks us to prepare a quotation. Nothing is reserved or charged until you accept the quotation and pay the deposit it states.

Prices

Package prices on this site are per person on twin sharing and are confirmed on your quotation. Airfares, taxes and exchange rates can change until a ticket is issued and paid. The quotation lists what is included and what is not.

Payments

A deposit reserves your seats and the balance is due on the date your quotation names, usually one month before departure. Every payment is recorded on your statement of account, which we send after each one.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation charges follow the airline, hotel and tour operator rules stated on your quotation. Airline schedule changes are the airline's; we tell you as soon as we know and rebook you within what the fare allows.

Visas

We assist with visa applications. The decision is always the embassy's, and visa and service fees are not refunded if a visa is refused. Please give us true and complete documents.

Using the site fairly

Please send only true details, for yourself or someone who has agreed to it. Do not try to break, overload or copy the site. Every form is protected against automated misuse.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
